📝 Terms & Conditions – Spiti Valley Tour (9N/10D)
By booking this tour with Spectrum Tour-Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
💰 Booking & Payment Policy
✅ Minimum 20% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

💳 Balance 80% must be paid at least 3 days before the tour start date.

❌ No travel will be permitted without full payment before departure.

🧾 Payment can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash (as discussed during booking).

🚫 Cancellation Policy
30+ days before tour: 10% cancellation charge

15–29 days before tour: 25% cancellation charge

7–14 days before tour: 50% cancellation charge

Less than 7 days or No Show: 100% cancellation charge

🚫 No refund for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

📄 Document Submission
🪪 All travelers must submit:

Valid government photo ID (Aadhar / PAN / Passport)

Two passport-size photographs

🧳 Must carry original ID proof during the journey.

🧭 Travel Guidelines
🕓 All timings in the itinerary are approximate and may vary due to road, weather, or local conditions.

🚗 Vehicle provided is as per the group size and mentioned in the package (Ertiga/Innova/Tempo).

🚦 Route or sightseeing changes may occur due to operational reasons or local administration orders.

⛔ Smoking and drinking are not allowed inside the vehicle or during sightseeing.

🏨 Accommodation Policy
🛌 Hotel or guesthouse accommodation is on twin/triple/family sharing basis.

🛎 Room allotments are subject to availability and may vary based on location and travel season.

🔄 Any upgrade or change in accommodation will incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

🍽 Meals Policy
🍴 Breakfast and Dinner will be served at the hotel or designated locations.

❌ Lunch, snacks, and mineral water are not included.

🛂 Permits & Compliance
📜 Inner line permits (where required) are included.

🧭 Guests are expected to cooperate during ID checks or permit verification en route.

🌧 Force Majeure
🚧 In case of natural disasters, roadblocks, political disturbances, or weather conditions, Spectrum Tour-Travels will not be liable for any delays, itinerary changes, or extra costs.

❗ Any additional charges due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stay extensions, alternate travel) shall be borne by the traveler.

🧒 Child Policy
👶 Children under 5 years: Complimentary (without extra bed)

👧 Children 5–10 years: 50% of adult cost (with shared bed)

👦 Children above 10 years: Considered as adult

📸 Travel Photography & Promotion
📷 Spectrum Tour-Travels may use group tour photos or videos for marketing purposes (with discretion and without revealing personal information).
