All rates are dynamic and subject to availability. Prices may fluctuate based on hotel inventory, festival periods, peak dates, and city sold-out dates.Transportation Policy:
Vehicle charges are calculated on a garage-to-garage basis as per applicable kilometers.
Any extra kilometers will be chargeable directly to the guest.
Hotel Booking & Cost Estimate:
The provided cost is estimated and based on the lowest available hotel rates at the time of quotation.
No hotel bookings are currently held. Final confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Any increase in cost will be borne by the passenger.
Air Conditioning (AC) in Hill Stations:
AC is not provided in rooms in hill stations (e.g., Shimla, Manali, Nainital, Kausani, Munnar, Thekkady).
Some hotels may offer AC in higher category rooms at an additional supplement cost.
Vehicle Type & Condition:
Tempo Travellers may not be in optimal condition. We recommend opting for Toyota Innova or similar for better comfort.

Check-in: 14:00 hrs

Tour Inclusions & Conditions:
Tours and transfers are as per the fixed itinerary only, and not on disposal basis.
Itinerary timings must be strictly followed.
Room Types:
Cost is based on Standard Rooms.
Supplement charges apply for Valley-Facing or Higher Category Rooms.
Meals:
Breakfast service starts from Day 2 of the itinerary.
Vouchers:
Services will be provided only against original vouchers/itinerary.
Extras Not Included:
Portages and driver tips are not included in the package.
Optional sightseeing must be booked in advance and paid for separately.
No refund for unused services.
Costing Basis:
All prices are per person, based on twin sharing.
Car cost is calculated based on total number of adults and children sharing the vehicle.
AC Usage in Vehicles:
AC will not operate in vehicles while driving through hilly areas.
Sightseeing Limitations:
Vehicles will go only up to the permissible point. Beyond that, any extra arrangements and expenses are to be borne by the passengers.
Extra Bed Policy:
An extra bed means an additional mattress only, not a separate cot.
Taxes & Charges:
Any government-imposed taxes or charges must be paid by the passengers.
Journey Changes & Cancellations:
Preponement of the journey is not allowed.
Any such request will be treated as a cancellation, and applicable charges will apply.
Hotel Substitution:
If the booked hotel is unavailable due to reasons beyond our control, we will provide a similar standard hotel.
No complaints or claims will be entertained in this regard.
Flight Delays/Cancellations:
Spectrum Tour Travels is not responsible for any losses or claims due to delayed or cancelled flights, including compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing, etc.
